UnORG is an early-stage startup focusing on digitising the procurement process for the unorganised sector to help businesses streamline their daily operations.

The admins needed a dashboard that provide an overview of business health but also allow them to dig deep into issues and identify root causes. I led the entire project for this dashboard, working closely with co-founders, admins, product manager, and developers.

From conducting UX research to ideation and usability testing, I was responsible for the complete design process, ensuring the dashboard was intuitive and met user needs.
